Now is an exciting time in history when we have technology to get data and information in a way we never have been able to previously. The partnership that OnForm and other software allows for a coach and student to create is breaking boundaries. It doesn't matter where you live, we can work together.
Online lessons can be successful for players of all levels from beginners up to winning tour pros. The most successful students are those willing to commit to consistent, proper practice using critical thinking skills to analyze your progress along the way.
Using software like OnForm and the 3-D biomechanics information received through Sportsbox AI allows you to receive data-based feedback and analyses from me. Since I am not there to see you implement the changes, it requires you to practice in a way that you get feedback: using a mirror or video. Then you can come back to to your analyses to review what I share with you again and again as well as compare your practice session feedback to make sure you are on the right track. Feedback is paramount to the process!
We will build a very clear roadmap, working on one part of the process at a time. We will take the process one step at a time and make sure you are confident with the change before moving on. You can reach out with questions at any time if there is something that doesn’t make sense or you need clarification on.

SUBMITTING YOUR VIDEOS
Using the correct set up for submitting online golf lesson videos is CRITICAL for me to offer an analysis. You can use a tripod or have someone film you. I recommend using a tripod. Let me know if you want recommendations for which one to buy.
Here is information about the two different angles you need to submit:
Face On (see example on the left below)
- The camera needs to be positioned at hand height and directly in front of the golfer
- When you take a full swing, make sure the whole shaft of the club is visible in the video for the entire swing.
Down the Line (see example on the right below)
- The camera needs to be positioned at hand height and directly down the foot line.

Can you learn to golf online?
Yes! With the technology we have access to, you definitely can learn to golf online. By sharing videos with me, I can use tools like Sportsbox AI to see your swing in 3D. Then I can analyze the data and respond with a video showing you what to work on. I include drills for you to do for 10-15 minutes a day that will make a bigger difference in your swing than hitting buckets of balls at the range.
Are online golf lessons worth it?
Lessons are worth the investment. The best players in the world have coaches for a reason. If you want to get better, you need feedback. You can do all the research on your own to learn about the mechanics of the golf swing, take video of yourself so you truly know what you are doing and then spend more time identifying the information that will help you improve. Or you can spend a little money to have an expert tell you how to improve who has already done all the research and put in all that time.
